Registrations for the 2024 Season is now open. To register (or reregister) your child into our program for 2024 follow the instructions here.
Before Registering, make sure you have the following:
- Medicare Card number (and sub numbers)
- Govt. Sports Voucher Receipt (click here www.sportsvouchers.sa.gov.au to register for sports voucher)
- Payment Details
- If you have already registered your child in another AFL club before you will need to complete a Transfer Form first. Complete the form and send to registrar@smoshwljuniors.com.au
Sports Voucher:
If using a SA Gov Sports Voucher you will need to select the ‘I have a government voucher’ link when at the Payment Summary part of the registration process. Once you select the Sports Voucher (SA) option you will be asked to complete 5 questions. Ensure you have the information ready to complete the questions and then select Apply (as per images below).
